· Duration : 8 months W2 contract with possible extension
Need a PhD in Biomaterials/ Synthetic Polymer Chemistry or related fields.
Candidate should be well versed in polymer synthesis and characterization.
Experience in synthesizing and evaluating functional polymers would be
preferred.
Knowledge of both synthetic and natural polymers would be desirable.
Job Summary for this position
• Highly motivated and innovative person who can lead a program in
functionalized polymers
• Identify and bring internally, emerging technologies in biomaterials
• Execute on plans and deliver on milestones
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across JNJ
• Develop strong academic collaborations and partnerships to that will
elevate ATRM/JNJ as a key player in the space
• Establish clear criteria and Go/No-go path for moving program
forward
• Develop strong IP portfolio in collaboration with in-house counsel
Education& Experience
