对浙江大学长江学者郑津洋教授一些文章的注释

  浙江大学的郑津洋教授近几年在氢能方向拿了很多科技部的项目(经费)和
奖项,去年还得到了长江学者的头衔,算是国内氢能方面的一个人物了。最近,
因科研需要,在查阅相关文献时,也查到了他发表在“International Journal
of Hydrogen Energy”杂志上的13篇文章,一看着实令我吃紧不小,他发表在该
杂志的文章无一例外地是来自国内召开的会议(包括:2008国际氢论坛(中国召
开)4篇;第10届中国氢能会议 2篇;第11届中国氢能会议 3篇;第12届中国氢
能会议2篇),以上会议文集的编辑均是国人(好象是清华大学的毛教授等)。
会议文章,又是国内的同行做编辑,其评阅录用可想一斑了。这里不是说发表在
会议中的文章一定不是好文章,但全部13篇在“国际氢能杂志”的文章均是来自
会议,而无一是正常投稿和经过“peer reviewer”评阅的,这还是有点让人对
其学术水平要画上一个大大的 “问号”。不知情的人,看到他近几年有13篇文
章发表在“International Journal of Hydrogen Energy”,一定会有很正面的
评价,包括对课题验收的评价、获奖等等。但我却不知道该如何评价这位国内号
称一流大学的“长江学者”的真正学术水平?
